Far away...

Alice looked up into the night sky, it was 1am in the morning and all of Wonderland was sleeping, everyone except for Alice that is... She couldn't sleep no matter how hard she tried. She laid there gazing at the stars each one twinkling so brightly... How close yet how far away they all seemed... She decided to count them to see if it would help her sleep, as Wonderland didn't seem to have many, if any sheep, stars seemed a far easier thing to count. Alice started counting, one, two, three...
